There are some medical conditions so severe that the Social Security Administration (“SSA”) will grant disability benefits as soon as a claimant can prove that he or she suffers with any one of them. These 165 horrible impairments are so clearly disabling that SSA doesn’t require an individual to go through the entire process before determining that benefits are due.
